  1.  @mO3fnMon3y  Mission was complete in 2014 Obama declares and we swapped combat roles from doing mainline combat to supporting roles. So technically we haven't had a legit war in Afghanistan since 2014 as by then we just did mutual support, not direct combat. It's actually true and you can research it.

  2.  @StoneEdge555  Actually no, we pulled out since 2014, we just do combat supporting roles not mainline combat. It went from 100k troops in 2010 and down to 8.5k in 2014 along with the declaration of the mission complete in 2014 by Obama. Also, in 2014 Operation Resolute Support started to have the US go from doing mainline combat to do support roles and let the ANA fight.

  3.  @adamkhan2431  In all honesty not all of that 2 trillion wasn't investing and a lot of it was counting the material worth of the equipment we gave as the ANA hand me downs and rifles from the 1991 gulf war. Along with unarmored humvees with piss poor protection.

  7.  @AZ-gm2md  ISIS is more radical than the Taliban and likes doing suicide bombin. I am pretty sure if you told an ISIS member to bomb an airport he would do it.

I would also like to add the fact that Obama declared the mission done in 2014 and we went from 100k troops in 2010 and withdrawn a lot of troops that it went to 8.5k troops. Post-2014 we went from doing mainline combat to doing rear line support and letting the ANA do our job for us.
