  4. The US military has the money to do basically anything. The reason they don’t do most things is because a) they don’t have the authority or authorization or b) they don’t consider it cost effective. Blowing up the property of friendly countries isn’t something they’re allowed to do and even if it were they had no incentive. It would have been a waste of money and resources.

  5.  @APersonOnYouTubeX  I counter the argument by saying in 2014, the ISAF handed all combat duties to the ANA and pulled out 90% of its troops the same year after killing Osama Bin Laden and destroying Al Queda. The US was there to mutually assist the ANA to stabilize the government.
