The US were hunting SCUD missile sites to prevent more missiles from hitting Israel. Plus the US funded Israel to defend itself. Btw Kosovo, US stopped ethnic cleansing. Afghanistan stopped al queda from operating internationally, Iraq, prevented Israel getting harassed and keeping international ISIS occupied.
