  5.  @oaples8790  My point is, Iraq isn't a failed state and is becoming a successful country. Tell me when was the last major battle in Iraq and tell me how much Teritory is in governmental control in 2019. Also, ISIS is gone right now in Iraq, but not in some parts of Africa and the Philippines, well the Fillipinos are doing a number on ISIS right now and French Foregin Legion doing combat in Africa.
