  1. The US didn't fail to fight the Taliban but the ANA did fail to fight the Taliban. The Taliban themself thought that they couldn't take Kabul but the ANA was defending the city and if you saw the Funker530 video of how an ANA had to get babysat by an SF Operator on how to use his weapon. You can tell that no wonder the city would fall quickly.
