  2.  @SHARKNADO_2006  The reason why people fail is their lack of commitment. This leads into drug abuse and general laziness. This then leads to people being mentally weak and becoming homeless or struggling to make ends meet.

  7.  @Daniel-Q.-Phantom-esq.  Houses are cheap in cities that allow for the creation of a lot of housing that is small, but decently sized. Unlike in Cali where they got this law where apartments are illegal to make, making the housing situation bad there.
