Ukraine is going to need help and investment from outside the county to re-built after this disaster. Most of that will likely come from Western democracies who's governments are ultimately answerable to their taxpayers and they won't tolerate their hard earned tax money being "redirected" by rich Ukrainian oligarchs. There is a lot more house cleaning to come, I suspect.

@2msvalkyrie529 He stands for election next year. Putin is a dictator for life (an perhaps beyond) and Russian "elections" are Kabuki theatre and nothing more.
