  2. That's a pretty rare Banshee. There's one in the National aviation collection in Rockcliffe near Ottawa but that's about it. The Warplane Heritage museum in Hamilton has examples of every jet fighter that Canada has operated ... except for a Banshee.

Oops! 8:55 is a picture of HMCS St. Laurent (2nd) that I served on) Built during the Cold War and modified to carry a Sea King helicopter (version shown in this video) It is sailing along about 30 years after the Flower Class Corvettes went to the Breakers. The next shot is of a whole squadron of Canadian DDEs, DDHs from the 1960s-70s-80s. Note the rounded topsides for shedding radioactive fallout. Not Corvettes. .... need to do homework .... Canadian, tho ...
