  1. China and India are buying a tiny trickle of oil from Russia as the infrastructure to export large quantities from Russia to these locations does not exist. It may never exist. (China wants Asia back from the Russians and are a far bigger threat to Russia than the West is.Russia is also selling what they cn to India and China at cut-rate prices (no profit in that) to try to buy their friendship.If the Russians use nukes, China and India might face sanctions themselves and Russia is all alone in the World (the Serbs like them, tho)
