Well, it's woken up the Europeans that they'll have to guard their infrastructure more seriously. That means constant anti-submarine patrolling over underwater cables and pipelines and establishing rules of engagement that allow the patrols to take action if they determine a nation's infrastructure is about to be destroyed ... i.e. a warning followed by a homing torpedo. Your national security is at stake. Act.
