  1.  @PaulA-bv1rt  Trudeau may very well be gone in three days and then we should take another look at the situation. Those conventional French boats would be an excellent replacement for the rapidly aging Victoria class. Maybe, a deal can be struck to make everyone happy, the French happy and get a few more hunter-killer subs in the mix for our side (Diesel boats are the quietest and the ones best suited for hunting submarines).

  3.  @Dhdh365  Canada may be about to have "regime change" ...election in three days and it's neck-and -neck The opposition leader who has a good chance of becoming Prime Minister is a Royal Military College graduate who served for 10 years as a navigator on Sea KIng helicopters flying off of Canadian Frigates. Trudeau and his party hate the military and are wishy-washy on China. The Canadian public is becoming fed up with China and her antics according to the polling. A corner might be turned.
