I would expect that these Russian Crimeans will be "asked to leave" when Crimea is re-taken by Ukraine. Ukraine will have to re-take Crimea as a substantial part of this current invasion was launched from there and they can't allow that strategic threat to them to remain. Besides, it's location controls the whole Black Sea and Ukraine can't survive without unfettered access to the ocean, so the Russo-Crimeans may have to move to Russia for good. They had better start seriously considering their futures, there.

@氵I Crimea is obviously a great strategic threat to Ukraine as we've seen during the current invasion. Ukraine will want it back for security reasons so that they can have some sea coast that isn't constantly threatened by that Russian colony lying just offshore. Normally, I'd vote in favour of that Russian population but they've made themselves negotiable. Kaliningrad is in a similar situation (although only recently "Russian") and sooner or later it will also cease to be Russian for the safety and security of the whole region.Siberia will also cease to be Russian very soon as China takes back Asia.

@氵I The murdering, genocidal Russia, like Nazi Germany before her cannot be allowed to continue in her present form. The Russians threaten the lives of nearly a billion people by the public admission of her own leadership and must be re-structured to stop this imperialism from continuing any further. Russia doesn't need more land. The Russian people could live up to world standards but she has chosen to expand without purpose and keep her people in poverty and servitude. Russia is a primitive monster.

@氵I Russia will be chopped up into little pieces for everyone's safety The Chinese will take back the part pf Asia that was stolen from them. Expect that to happen soon as the Russian army is rapidly being destroyed and Russia hasn't been so weak militarily since 1941.One false move with Russia attacking any NATO country and Kaliningrad is back in Western Europe forever. Crimea goes back to Ukraine. The rest will be broken up by the Russians themselves when their shattered army revolts at the end of this winter.

An army mutiny (after freezing to death without food, ammunition in Ukraine because their commanders are corrupt and incompetent) is going to end the Russian Federation. Imagine, those living in the gas and oil oblasts.If they declare independence, they could be the richest people on Earth instead of rural peasants beaten down by the Muscovites down south. @氵I Nope. Not even remotely close. I'm a 66 year old Armed Forces veteran from a NATO country where we are FOUR TIMES richer on average than a Russian and live 10 years longer. (.No, not American. We live longer than them, too.) I remember meeting up with Russians in the 1970s and they were poorly dressed, skinny and more than a head shorter than us (malnutrition?) and we were happy to not be Russian.
