@nuckygulliver9607 "our media and government are the same thing... corrupt and authoritarian" Our media are constantly criticizing the government as is their role. Authoritarians take cities by force, DEMAND ends to emergency public heath measures and DEMAND that elected governments resign or else! Who chose the ones with all of the demands that have to be met, or else? Well, they chose themselves of course. They call that "freedom".

@tashas6611 So, if they did plant weapons, why didn't they do it all over. Why pick Coutts of all places and not at one of the bigger or busier border crossings? Why not in Ottawa? That would give the police and military carte blanche to mop them up, there. It didn't happen, though because it didn't happen at all. p.s. Do you think that the Mounties are stupid enough suddenly plant shiny brand, new deer rifles from the same manufacturer?

@420rogerz It still doesn't' make sense. Why single out a secondary border crossing in Nowhere Alberta? Isn't there any possibility in your mind at all that trouble makers were carrying guns? It happens all the time and a few feet inside the border with the US is an awfully suspicious place. No? Not possible? Why not?
