... annual excrcise. You'll notice that HMCS Margret Brooke iis also visiting. Part of her design is to provide hurricaine relief as she has a lot of cargo capacity and the ability to offload into unimproved places (she'll operate in the Arctic, too). So, there's the Russia/West contrast. Russia wants to practise attack (ever seen them deliver aid?) and the Canadians are getting reaady to aid Cuba.

@freddytang2128 The same business that the whole planet has there. Canada is a trading nation and the seas need to be freely navigated. China wants to take control of the seas, it appears? Why is China doing that? What is China's end goal?
