  3.  @chromaticturtle8657  When you are illegally invading a country, illegally shelling/bombing attacking anything within Ukraine, there are no fair targets on Ukrainian soil WHATSOEVER. That could have been a warehouse full of atomic bombs but that would be Ukraine's business if it were, and even then. Russia would be acting illegally. Every bullet that a Russian fires within Ukraine's borders (Including Donetsk, Crimea) is a war crime because the war is illegal.
