  1. Canada doesn't spend nearly 2% GDP on defence and is not likely to unless we are embroiled in another world war (a distinct possibility). Does that mean he'll encourage the Russians to attack Canada? How about attacking one of those oil export pipelines to the US?

  2.  @corycg9624  You need to listen to what he said. He will encourage Russia to attack anyone that he doesn't pay enough of their budgets to their militaries. The US has no "billing process" for NATO and it never has. Your ideas come directly from Vladimir Putin via his friend Trump.
