With what? The flogged out Frigates are all in refit lest their bottoms fall out due to their lifespans being extended way past their sell-by dates because successive governments don't give a hoot about Canada's Armed Forces. Going to send soldiers? Really? Another token force like the total of 35 Peacekeepers now deployed that let's us call ourselves a "peacekeeping country"? Send aircraft? When our ancient fighters were being built, Mao was still in power.

@rmf9567 The only reason that Canada has a weak military is YOU the Canadian taxpayer. You have failed to support your Forces for generations. The last Federal government that took Defence seriously was Louis St. Laurent's. If you care, make it an election issue. No party cares because there are no votes for Defence in Canada.

@rmf9567 I've never voted Liberal in my life and I served in Trudeau's Senior's Armed Forces ... starved for resources and HATED by our own government. The word "Trudeau" is not spoken in our household. Speak for yourself, snowflake.
