  3.  @cyrneco  Nope. Donetsk is Ukrainian territory. There is no crime involved when a defender uses a weapon within their own territory to defend themselves according to the UN Charter VII, Article 51. The Russians invaded Donetsk and declared that it is no longer part of Ukraine. Nazi Germany invaded the Soviet Union and declared that is was part of the Third Reich, too. The only "Nazis" in this fight are the racist Russians who think that they are above us all.

  4.  @DerDop  There aren't many communist places on Earth despite what Fox News would like you to think. North Korea for sure. Venezuela, mostly/sort of (they are about to become your friend, again because you need their oil), China in name only. They are very Capitalist, there and the regime is a race-based fascist one that more resembles German National Socialism. Everywhere else has a mixed, hybrid system that is part Capitalist and part Socialist. "Communist"? Only is Tru Gutz Komiks.

  5.  @Stranger7_7  Donetsk is part of Ukraine and no one else on Earth recognizes that it is not except for Russia, Belarus, Syria, North Korea and Lessor/Lower Slobovia. You can't commit a war crime while defending yourself. Sorry.

  7.  @rob5197  Yes, it should. Just make sure that it doesn't happen ... that no rusty tramp steamer from North Korea flying the Liberian flag chug-chugs into San Diego with a nuke on board. Delivery weapons won't necessarily look like ICBMs.

Chechnya? ... yesterday in Ukraine? I wonder how many Russian Generals are about to be shot by Putin, Stalin style, for losing a war?
