I would think that sentencing a policeman, particularly in light of what he did) might end up being a death sentence. It will be difficult to keep him safe in a Penitentiary at the very least.

@Black-fz6vk He was cited many times in his career for acting inappropriately (look it up) This was not "one ;little mistake" It was the culmination of many and because he got away with it over and over, he feels entitled to be judge/jury/executioner.

@emartinez7733 What's sad is that a Policeman who is granted the extraordinary permission to take life in the direst of circumstances did so casually all the while believing himself to be judge/jury/executioner. It is sad because there are a lot of other like him out there and it appears to be beyond fixing. Thus do civilizations crumble into dust.

@madcircle0461 That's not what a jury of his peers found. You made that part up or, more likely, someone else made it up for you and you believe what others tell you instead of thinking for yourself.
