In civil or defamation cases, the burden of proof is on the plaintiff. Once the defense gets their opportunity to show the evidence that that obviously biased judge excluded, like that video with Rittenhouse saying that he wishes he could shoot those people days before he actually shoots those people, he's up a certain creek without a paddle. Or a raft for that matter.
