Exactly. His very presence there was a crime. Him having that weapon, regardless of how he obtained it, was a crime. But just try telling these 2nd amendmentphiles these obvious facts. Goes in one ear and right out the other.

@Mike P Doesn't matter. The fact that he had the gun in his possession, regardless of how or when he obtained it was a crime. He should have gotten time just for having that gun. He should have gotten time for just being there, for that was a crime as well.

Criminal cases and civil cases are two different things. Rittenhouse doesn't want to sue ANYBODY for slander or defamation. Trust me.

@mike-gv2ol Nobody asked him to come there and defend or protect anything. Not the owner of the store he worked in. Not the cops. NOBODY. He didn't go there to "protect" anything. He went there to shoot people. He said that he wanted to shoot "those people" in a video conveniently not allowed into evidence by the judge. Hurl all the insults you want, ain't no getting around that. As he will find out in his upcoming civil trial.
