  6. funny thing is that buildings are all buildings, there's all sorts of things that have a finite lifespan on these super towers like rubber seals, gaskets, window frames, metal cladding, utility pipes.... leave a building empty and its gonna start failing eventually, and ya maybe they can afford to pay people to fix stuff but less eyes on the unit means something breaks and stays broken
