  1. she's basically unaware of anything outside of britain, as well as anything regardinging nationalism, sure the wizards are secluded but I can't imagine french, spanish, and eastern europeans would go to the same school. then if you drill down to the european conflicts between just 1850 to 1950, you're absolutely going to have wizards exposed and integrated into national militaries because I can't imagine wizards somehow avoiding ww1, or ww2, let alone some of the earlier conflicts
