  1. its almost like we should do more longer term sustained investment instead of panicky dumping of cash every time a crisis happens, but we can't afford that so oh well. I mean part of the crisis a year ago was trying to get people to stay home when they are sick without going broke but WE CAN'T JUST GIVE THEM TIME OFF
