well, the problem was eugenics put the cart before the horse. we know today with our genetic tools and massive computational and statistical capabilities, that there really isn't this hypethetical superman. Human biology could be improved slightly by removing certain risk factors for diseases but there's not really much we can do to make people smarter, stronger, and overall healthier purely by selective breeding or genetic engineering.

@MrHellknightimp relative differences. Humans aren't really that different in capabilities. Much of the differences in height and build comes from nutrition instead of genetics, as evidences by rising average heights in developing countries and plateaued heights in developed ones, and skin color really is about the most superficial genetic difference that people get hung up over. A black person has the same internal organs as an asian, and the same internal organs as a white person. its just a few genes changing the color of pigment the skin produces.
