  1. 1.3 is pretty reasonable actually if you're going to buy it, tear it down and put up a new appartment building and sell/rent them for a million each though Brooklyn should just offer it up as property for developers to for lower income housing. there's got to be a hundred properties like this that the state could flip for redevelopment
