I think maybe the funniest part of this is that for such a serious legal oversight by congress, and such a direct call out to congress to fix this issue, its seemingly been forgotten by congress (though for probably the reason that the senate doesn't want to touch with a democrat controlled house) Seemingly we'll get around to it only when another two or three nations sue using this case as standing
