  2. the legality of voting twice is that it is completely illegal, and one would with any other president point out that north carolina had the largest case of voting fraud committed in recent memory, by a republican paid consultant, just 2 years ago.

  4. designed to be non-partisan but trump got to appoint all the currently sitting seats, better remember that one when the democrats take control someday and the republicans submit their list of appointees to the list of "bipartisan" panels throughout the government
