  3. roberts should resign right now and let a democrat president appoint the chief justice if he truely believes there's no democrat/republican justices, and that the court should be above the political marass, otherwise he's just acting as partisan as his fellow conservative justices.

  4.  @LeonMortgage  its cherrypicking historical texts to manufacture an opinion much like a 9th grader writes a paper by picking only the stuff that supports their thoughts. its intillectually dishonest. Even a cursory glance at Alito's arguments fall apart because abortion was generally NOT a crime until the mid 1800s, yet he claims our legal system and the english one its based on has never had broad legal abortion, HOW CAN THIS BE IF HE IS AN ORIGINALIST?
