Even the term "Climate Change" is a bunk term used when the old term "Global Warming" was having issues because we were noting in many places it was still cold, and often we would have record cold winter, and record snow. So as a reaction, the weather zealouts said "we will experience more extremes at both ends" (which makes little sense) and came up with the term "Climate Change" as a replacement. It's an almost foolproof term because climate always changes and always has since the earth began.
