  1. Dr. Rhonda Patrick did an interview with Joe Rogan (you can find it on Youtube) where she started chewing xylitol gum all day long when she found out she was pregnant. She even ditched all fluoride products as she was worried about harm to the baby. She had 2 cavities that needed filling but told her doc she'd wait until after the baby was born to re-assess. When she went back a year later, the dentist told her both cavities were GONE. He'd never seen such a thing let alone in a pregnant woman when teeth get worse. She assumed it was due to her incessant daily xylitol gum chewing for 9 months.
