Dr Rhonda Patrick had a great interview on Joe Rogan (video is on YT) where she talked about having 2 cavities that needed filling but she was pregnant and wanted to wait until after the child was born. In the meantime, she started chewing xylitol gum every day and when she went back to the dentist a year later, both cavities were gone.

In my 40's, never had a cavity in my life. I only brushed once per day (always rinsed toothpaste with water after brushing), NEVER flossed, and used listerine before any social occasions or before bed (even as a kid we had good old listerine by our bathroom sink). I visited the dentist once every 5 years (who told me my teeth were crazy white and I must be doing something right). Last year I wanted to to take my mouth care to the next level and started following typical dental recommendations. I started brushing 2-3 times a day and just spitting out toothpaste not rinsing as I was told flouride should stay on for 30 mins. I flossed every day at bed time. I even bought a water flosser. Went back to the dentist and guess what... LOTS of plaque and tartar buildup that I never had before (no cavities thank god). So I found Dr Ellie's routine that seemed to be jive with what I used to do (ie, no flossing, mouthwashes, fewer dental cleanings/visits). I've been doing this for a month and my mouth is SO clean again... and no plaque despite not flossing. I highly recommend!

When B1M uploads a new video, I go watch in my bathroom for privacy. When my girlfriend inevitably knocks and says "What's taking you so long?!" I always have to reply with "Calm down, Love. I'm just enjoying a little B1M".

4:10 - You hear the interviewer hit the nail on the head, and like most humans you see her reaction: she can't deal with being wrong, stumbles, then talks about something else.

In addition to following Dr Phillips' mouthcare system (with xylitol), I recently bought some xylitol/saline nasal spray. It's pretty awesome and has been shown to help keep many respiratory tract infections at bay (and minimize viral infections).

Great stuff as always, Dr.

The production quality of your videos has really improved a lot! Great to see since you have an important message to tell.

Fluoride within reasonable limits is not toxic. In fact, black tea has a fair amount of fluoride in it as do many other natural foods.

The media here in Canada is going off the rails with lies about this story. In fact, so are many Youtubers. Glad you are doing well. Canada is a @#$@ show right now and I used to be the most patriotic Canadian ever. Everything from the reasons you moved, and the Residential School Hoax, unaffordable housing, and destruction of social trust due to way too aggressive immigration.
