This individual told authorities it is something he wanted to do. He had a session or two and was let go into the world and never monitored.
Imagine if he had been monitored? They would know he had guns, or his household had guns, they could have kept a check on him.

This is just another madman known to the police they did nothing about until he showed them what he said was true, and they did not believe him. And the doctor that OK'd him not to be hospitalized, is going to be looking at a lot of lawsuits.
This under no circumstances is a national emergency. It is a national emergency where law enforcement again, knew ahead of time, a bad thing was going to happen and allowed it to happen. That needs to be examined.

Now, I ubderstand he is trying to send a message, however it is completely deranged. Freezing bank accounts of citizens of a foriegn country? What is Biden jurisdiction to involve himself in the matter? Further, what is his jursidiction interering in the soveriegn matter of another country? Becuae he is supplying weapons that gives him leverage to tell the Israeli what to do?
Biden does not talk to the American people. He'll go to the UAW and deliver his sound bites,, but when takes actions he offer no logic to his thinking and how it is an optimum decision for America. It seems he willy nilly decides to this or that does, woth zero explanation to the American people. Sanctions on 4 Isreali men is one of the most bizarre presidential actions I have ever seen. He's POTUS, not the entire world, but I think in his mind he thinks he is.

Yes, but what is being missed by the reporters here, is people in Russia do not know what is going on in detail. Newspapers are forbidden for putting out news of the war. The people themselves risk jailing if they say the wrong thing, so if ask they will not speak on political issues just to be safe, even if they know something. So, all the excitement of things against Putin, no one in Russia truly knows any details. So, while sanctions affect every day Russian people, they blame America.
Sanctions are supposed to rile people up enough to force a regime change, but the sanctioning of Russia has been terribly miscalculated and the entire world is about to feel the effects of Biden's sanctions, he has no idea what he has done.
I have a report from the woman in charge of the IMF, and she details who and what is going to be affected negatively soon. I have not read it all but, I will.
The problem I have is this. The world is so pro-Ukraine, they celebrate every victory, like the present story, a ship, and a famous ship was disabled. Big deal. Russia has more ships.
The thing is I have no idea what the truth of this war is. The Ukraine are asking for more weapons like there is an endless supply. They are not supposed to win!
Russia is a mega-country, and more and more will come. I saw a line of Russian vehicles proceeding down the road and there were no attacks, no javelins around, nothing to stop the Russians. So, are the Russians winning, making progress?
What kind of war is it when world leaders walk down the street of a war zone like it’s a Hollywood movie set. Something is very strange here.
Zalenskky should surrender immediately, millions have left their homes, thousands more slain, and for what? So, Zalenskky can look like a hero?
There has been enough death and destruction, Zelenskky must surrender and flee the country, surely he has killed too many Russian soldiers. This war should end immediately. I defy you to find a world leader with that view. You certainly won't in America.

It occurs to me, of course Trump is right, but listening to him talk about countering, demonstrates he doesn't have a rational understanding of the impact, on the ground, of a received nuclear detonated missile.
In fact, Trump describes Biden's reaction, but it is missing entirely the USA's complete disregard of the Russian nuclear threat. Instead of talking it down, he one up’s it and describes that, although Russia can hit, the US can hit harder. Nuclear warfare is not a boxing match.
Russia has publicly warned Britain they will have a special missile just for them in the fall.
Boris Johnson? He is like Biden cognitively decimated and unable to discern reality. So, the question becomes, as the West continues to supply weapons of mass destruction to the Ukraine and Russia loses up to 21,000 military personnel within 90 days, this rightfully described as a complete slaughter, at some point there will be a price to pay. It seems Britain is picked for the demonstration.
The Biden administration, wallowing in their psychotic hate of Putin and Russia, fully demonstrated against Putin's warning of interference and sent the Sec. of Defense & the Sec. of the State Dept. to stand side by side with the Ukrainian president Zelenskky. What more proof does Moscow need?
I regretfully say here America has leaders that cannot think. This is proven by the separation of Ukraine’s and minorities fleeing at the border, who were force into long lines, told to get off trains they had already boarded so Ukrainians could take their place.
I bare the Ukrainian people no ill will, but I have from day 1 insisted they surrender. They have refused. So, today, all of the West, who is pronouncing Ukraine will win, is under the threat of a nuclear missile attack, or as the video shows, many, many nuclear missile attacks.
So, Trump's theory of exchanging one stone age for another, as being blasted into the stone age is that what you can expect when a nuclear bomb goes off in your area, nuclear exchanges is not a solution it is an action, it is purely retaliatory.

Let nature take its course. The renegade US administration fighting an unsanctioned, unapproved war against Russia, sending billions and billions of dollars, and billions in military equipment which endangers the US’s readiness, as they think sophisticated weaponry grows on trees. Will someone remind them there is a microchip availability issue everywhere? These weapons they given away now, will not be available should they be needed anytime in the near future. I guess the war planners didn’t plan on that. Just give them everything they want. It is a completely insane policy. Again unapproved by Congress is completely mindless.
Every person, Biden, Austin, Blinken, and anyone else who participated in this illegal, unsanctioned proxy war, should be arrested and tried in a court of law for any deaths, American deaths, that happens as a renegade action of their ignorant hate against Putin.
Zelenskky should be told to stand down and that the NATO and UN will broker whatever is to be brokered. Zelenskky must not be allowed to be the reason nuclear missiles impact on the ground anywhere on Earth.
And for god's sake, don’t listen to the cheerleaders praising the leader of the death and destruction occurring now in the Ukraine. Stop this war. Stop feeding the Ukrainians with weapons, they are only going to cause more deaths. Someone must listen to this.

Is he oblivious to the myriad shortcomings of such establishments, or does he possess a belief that they hold the keys to superior AI governance? Is it, perchance, because governments possess the power to enforce their will through coercive means, including the infliction of harm upon those they deem threatening?

I have been blessed with overwhelmingly positive encounters, encountering no nefarious characters on my path. While it is true that many individuals pursue financial gain, we cannot immediately dismiss them as malevolent. In truth, I have had the privilege of engaging with brilliant minds, generously sharing their wisdom. It has come to my attention that ChatGPT has long been operational, and the current clamor for regulation merely showcases the fear of those who, only now, realize the presence of an established threat.
If these businesses find themselves approaching obsolescence, it is not due to the sudden emergence of this perceived menace. No, the seeds of their decline were sown long before the present moment.
The AI industry encompasses entities of various scales, ranging from small enterprises to colossal giants. It is imperative for them to unite and assume the role of vigilant watchdogs, ensuring that ethical boundaries are not transgressed. Should a misstep occur, a swift collective alert can rectify the situation.
Bill Gates' alarmist messages, portraying the imminent fall of the heavens, are rife with illogicality. They can only be seen as the lamentations of small businessmen who, failing to keep pace with the ever-evolving industry, now find themselves outshined by their competitors. Instead of bemoaning their fate, these enterprises ought to regroup, invigorate their efforts, and return to the arena of competition.
