Um, you do realize the two governments are fighting a war against each other and there is virtually no communication between them, and that the possibility the Russians will take a call on just these two case is about zero to none. In other words, they are in for the long haul, and only where geo-political talks normalize between the 2 countries will this subject even be broached. I've made a lot of bad mistake, and I made a mistake exactly like Ms. Griner, but I spent like an hour in a cell, and have never been back. Once was enough for me. Carry possession was my bust. Forgot it was in my bag. One weed stick. If that had happened in Russia maybe 3-5 years. Some mistakes you just don't make. I respect these folks, but may I speak frankly. Why would the president meet with you? He is in a war against the people holding your son. What on earth do you think Biden can do? What can anyone do? You son made his choose, to have a Russian GF; to go to Russia to see he; to go to a party and get drunk; and then to act disorderly to Russian police. These have been his choices and now he is in the consequence phase of his life. Ms. Grinner is quite similar in that she made choices that now have her incarcerated. The drug sniffing dog alerted on the drugs she was carrying. It is on video. No one that knows her has said that it is a lie, Ms. Griner doesn’t do that, and apparently she does. Now she resides in a Russian jail. The parent seem to know a lot about Russian jails and American jails and thinks all that are there are political prisoners. Really? Oh, so there is no crime in Russia do I have that right? Or is it, the Russian police only arrest and jail rioters and protesters, and not criminals? Look, their point is taken there are a lot of people locked up for political misbehavior, but that has nothing to do with their son getting drunk, acting foolish and being combative with police. Russia is not America. Russia doesn’t have all the wonderful safeguards America has for people and their rights. When you’re arrested you are guilty, period. Unless of course, you have the rubles to pay the get out of jail fees, then you good to go, otherwise fits in with the other prisoners. The saying is war is hell, use, it is. It will affect these two situations negatively for some time to come. Biden is sending $13 billion for Ukrainia to conduct the war. So, it will not be over any time soon.

You know, it boggles the mind the POTUS has not explained his thinking on his plan of open borders. Overflow rules kicked in. Somebody had a clue. So, on the subject of clues, the Village Board wants the meeting held at the larger space they have for meetings. Here is the problem, CONTROL. Many of the people that come to meeting, get a little out of control. In the smaller space it is less difficult to control the people. Here is a clue for you to solve. Why does Mayor Henyard have bodyguards? Because people hate her and want to hurt her. Holding the meeting in the larger space increases the threat to Mayor Henyard. My opinion is, she would rather not have an army of cops in the meeting, proving the citizens of Dolton hate her, in front of the media, but that is what she will have to do if the meetings are switched to the larger space. Do you think it was OK to walk out? You posit the meeting was illegal, was that their reason? Well, the media was there why not express that? Because that wasn't their reason, see they’re not that bright. They filed a Writ if Mandamus and the court sent it back, telling they have to include the person in charge of finances. These yo-yo's didn't even know there was a city finance manager! They burning with so much hate for Henyard, they can't think straight, so although your excuse might cover them, I doubt that was the reason they walked out. Mayor Henyard called it political theatre, and that is just what it was.

The annexation followed a similar process Ukraine followed to achieve independence from the former USSR. There are legalities involved, approvals to be made, and departments of the government need to approve what has transpired. This narrative Putin doesn’t believe in the law is wrong, Putin is following Russian law, The Us does not believe Russia has any sovereignty so the constant denigration of Putin as a lawless dictator. Putin is the president of his country and has as many moving parts as does America. Mr. Cohen said Putin believes in the power and not law. This too is a misstatement. Mr. Cohen sounds like he is following the party line. I’m afraid the defense secretary has no idea of the Russia strategy, what has happened to get us to this, point, and what has happened since. The Ukrainians have claimed victory over one area taken by the Russians, Donetsk. That area was vacated, in the military, it’s called a strategic withdrawal. They are in Russian territory now and are retreating because Russia is sending 2-300,000 troops into the annexed areas and the glorious Ukrainian victors are going to get smashed if they don’t vacate their land gains. Mr. Cohen said nothing of the US proxy war that is happening where NATO and the US are supplying the Ukrainians with weapons of mass destruction, they are in the war. It's called a proxy war when one country has another country fight a country on its behalf while sitting back and not fighting with its own troops. That is what the US has started. So, the US agitated this situation, encouraged it, put the wood to the flame, and is stoking the flames of nuclear warfare with Russia. Let me explain, I’m an ex-intelligence operative I was just reading today, Putin is heading at this minute to a nuclear blast bunker.
