Not a word on that from the report or the engineers. We know the Chinese do it well in the upper echelon, but when you move downward to pretty cars, sold cheap there will be better chances of seeing the shoddy car making that they are known for in China. If Countries allow for China to cheat, and care they are undermining the automotive economies of the nation's they are selling to, then the country should consider it a national security issue and take appropriate actions to protect it industries. As an example, China has opened a car assembly in Mexico, huge, in order to make massive sales into the US.
