I did not hear the CCP or Zi mentioned once. what is leadership doing? According to this story, nothing. Yet, read the financials and there is plenty of money for foreigners, to built projects where money is to repaid later. They money will never be repaid.
11.8 Million college graduates, unemployed, and having to return home, jobless, and loss of face to parent who helped pay their tuition hoping to be repaid. To me China is an enigma. So, many brilliant people, yet their problems are insurmountable, an every year it is the same thing. Why would the leader force everything to close?

I'm in NJ USA, we have blizzaed N'or easters all the time. You have to get salt on the brouind the road sidewalk. All those people walking on ice, where is the salt or de-icer,. I see dirty snow on parked cars that is from snow plows.
This must be the first time for high speed train. america has train snow to keep tracks clear of snow when heavvy snow or blizzard, rarely need to shut down travel.
No ice sray products? No hand ic re/snow removers. My first thought was China never get snow in most places, let alone blizzard, but regular unorepared, using a cna to remove ice to scape up her car, and she lauching.
Continuing snow accumulation, combined with wet weather, that then accumulates on top as ice is weight, and is the roo
Shoddy construction? Possible. Weight of the accumulation of elements. I am going to assume the gym roof was flat. Reports of glas breaking at the gym bear this out as the weight of the roof would affect that window sides of the building. The other building that did not collapase seem to have a diffferent architecture, a roof to an apex would allow excess material to lide downward and not accumulte, and the same with a smi circle roof would not accumulate snow and ice like a flat roof would.
Corruption serves only the corrupt.
