  1. New York, USA today is the exact opposite of the Bukele promise exception. Criminals commit crime, go to the station house get a piece of paper, and head out the door to practice their criminal craft, at the behest of NY lawmakers. Are they ignorant or crazy and do they see the increasing crime of people injured and killed? I don't know, but their behavior tells me they don't care. The lawmaker leader say that incarceration has no effect on crime. We should hav him meet Bukele and his success against the murderous and most criminal of all. It is a great thing and a lesson for civilized society that does not want crime, at all.
