Um, I'm looking into the upper right hand corner, and I am not seeing any lights flashing at all. Maybe on the other side facing the oncoming car that was hit. Hey, if I am wrong I'm wrong, but I did not see the flashing lights for the driver. One would wonder why he would proceed when the lights were flashing? Additionally, playing music, talking and laughing and possible they missed hearing the approaching train. My view is it is negligent not having gates or barriers in addition to flashing lights. right now, I cannot blame the youths here. If everything here worked as it was supposed to, and I don;t see that it did, then it was not enough. The safety engineer has failed to protect the road that crosses the train tracks. The should improve safety there immediately.
