  1. Why is this a bad shoot? Anytime the gun is pointed a white cop will shoot a brown person, indiscriminately. 1. I completely disagree with a cop with a gun putting himself in danger standing in front of a moving car. See, because he knows he is going to shoot the driver. this killing was entirely unnecessary. You let them drive and you drive behind them investigating. Is it a stolen car? No. who does it belong to? Is that the person driving? Killed for stealing liquor from the liquor store? Is that a proper use of deadly force putting yourself in a position where it has to be used? I say this because deadly force will be deemed justified and it should not be. Very poor police tactics standing in front of the car with the gun drawn, even after realizing the woman was not going to stop. The policeman at the side of the car did not draw his weapon. he did not put himself in a position to use deadly force like the other cop did. In Hollywood, cops stand in the middle of the street and shoot at the car until the driver is it. I do not think it is proper police procedure when a cop stands in front of a moving car with a gun drawn. Once a cop does that they want to kill, they know they will be justified, even if proper police procedure and tactics were not used. This shoot is bad, she was moving less than 5 miles an hour, and she paid for it with a bullet that took her life. For shoplifting, booze? No, I'm not endorsing this, I don't like the shooting officer's actions, and whether he should be fired, I am not sure, a cop is only as good as his training. Also, police should not put their hands on people they shoot. That is for EMS because they do not have the proper equipment and may have made matters worse with their efforts of revival.. May God rest the young lady's soul.
