@johnaltobello5095 Unfortunately you don't understand the difference. Why do you think there are different sentencing guidelines for the things I have mentioned? M*rder requires premeditation. If you have a car accident and someone d*es, does that mean you intentionally meant to k*ll them, or would that be an accident? Would you expect to spend the rest of your life behind bars due to an accident?

@johnaltobello5095 Are you referring to what you wanted me to look up? It still was an accident that occurred, with other aggravating factors which he has been charged with. It depends on the circumstances in general though overall.
