I think terrorism covers it, what they done to Riley Gaines in that univeristy was an act of terrorism (they terrorised the woman) and kidanapped her and attempted extorsion, that would be domestic terrorism (not all terrorism is about bombings) in fact here's the dictionary definition: the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.
