  1. The developing world hasn't contributed to historical emissions. Also, the per capita emissions in the developing world is only a minute fraction of that of the developed countries.

  2.  @Grubiantoll  India's opposition to Net Zero target is ideological only. It represents the view of other developing countries. Actually India is the only major economy, which is on it's way to meet the Paris Deal Target for 2030. Everyone else will miss the target except for India. India is also pushing for green energy & clean development aggressively, despite being a low income country. The developed countries have pushed the world to the edge and now they're saying that, if the world falls into the cliff, the developing countries are responsible. That's pathological unfairness.

  3. Saying, "EVERYONE IS RIGHT HERE", is absolutely wrong. You must be unequivocal about the developed world's exploitation of the carbon space. They've already consumed the carbon space and now nothing is left for the developing world.
