To make up for the LOSS, builders will INCREASE the RESIDENTIAL UNITS PRICES to bring a BALANCE in the MARKET. This will increase RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY PRICES & RENTS and make it UNAFFORDABLE to the MIDDLE CLASS to even LIVE IN A RENTAL. 🤦🤦🤦🤦
