  1. Giving the power of appointment of the DGP of a state to the UPSC is BEYOND STUPID. DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE AT ALL. STATES MUST HAVE THE POWERS TO GOVERN THE STATE LIST SUBJECTS. OTHERWISE WHY SHOULD THEY BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE??
