  23.  @colebehnke7767  if you don't know who did it,how does the RDA do ?(stealing your neighboor's TV is extremely dumb idea,you don't shit where you sleep ,maybe it can happen if he's a drug addict,but would you call the police for that?).is there a centralized database that an RDA can subscribe to?in such case the risks of hacking are important .There is a reason you and your brother don't have access to the Federal government's databases .Does it send the informations it has and the entity that it sends it to tries to identify the person with their database?why would it not be the RDA then?this whole thing seems impossible And if you can only access small portions of data ,it would be extremely inefficient. Serial killers espaced for decades for that reason. The true strenght of entities like the police is their network ,not just the guns
