  27. To act like you don't support federal legalization of cannabis possession and use if there is no home growing included is rediculious, irrational and a deceptive prohibitionist stall tactic. Real cannabis consumers understand that not everyone has the time, inclination nor living space to grow their own cannabis. Home growing can never become legal without first legalizing possession and use . So why stall, delay and prevent the full federal legalization of possession and use under the guise of demanding the "perfect" legalization law Also, once possession and use are federally legalized how on Earth can no home growing be seriously enforced for growing a then federally legal plant? All the people pretending like they are against full federal cannabis legalization nationwide only because of no home grow provision were truly always against cannabis use and never grew a plant nor rolled a spliff nor toked on a phat doobie in their entire lives, guaranteed! They want to continue the arresting, criminalizing and handing out life long permanent criminal records to millions upon millions of Americans but don't have a rational reason why, so they pretend that no home grow means its better to keep cannabis completely illegal and continue the criminalization of millions of American citizens! Don't be deceived by their tricks, they never had any intentions of growing nor using cannabis ever. All fake! They are so desperately trying to get us to be against our freedom and to be in favor of supporting more arrests and criminalization of our citizens!

  69. Fear of Cannabis Legalization Nationwide is unfounded. Not based on any science or fact whatsoever. So please prohibitionists, we beg you to give your scare tactics, "Conspiracy Theories" and "Doomsday Scenarios" over the inevitable Legalization of Cannabis Nationwide a rest. Nobody is buying them anymore these days. Okay? Furthermore, if all prohibitionists get when they look into that nice, big and shiny crystal ball of theirs, while wondering about the future of cannabis legalization, is horror, doom, and despair, well then I suggest they return that thing as quickly as possible and reclaim the money they shelled out for it, since it's obviously defective. The prohibition of cannabis has not decreased the supply nor the demand for cannabis at all. Not one single iota, and it never will. Just a huge and complete waste of our tax dollars to continue criminalizing citizens for choosing a natural, non-toxic, relatively benign plant proven to be much safer than alcohol. If prohibitionists are going to take it upon themselves to worry about "saving us all" from ourselves, then they need to start with the drug that causes more death and destruction than every other drug in the world COMBINED, which is alcohol! Why do prohibitionists feel the continued need to vilify and demonize cannabis when they could more wisely focus their efforts on a real, proven killer, alcohol, which again causes more destruction, violence, and death than all other drugs, COMBINED? Prohibitionists really should get their priorities straight and/or practice a little live and let live. They'll live longer, happier, and healthier, with a lot less stress if they refrain from being bent on trying to control others through Draconian Cannabis Laws.

  84.  @random2917  As consumers we pay taxes on every single legal product that we have the convenience of purchasing in a store. Why should cannabis be treated differently and not be taxed when literally every single other product is taxed? Decriminalization should mean it is no longer a crime to posses and use cannabis, it has nothing to do with taxes. Alcohol and cigarettes are not a crime to use and posses yet they are heavily taxed when purchased in a store. Home growing is already illegal and without first legalizing possession and use, home growing can never become legal either. So why stall and delay the legalization of cannabis under which cannabis possession and use no longer is a crime and we can purchase cannabis legally in a store and yes pay taxes when purchased in a store just like every single other legal product under the guise of waiting for "the perfect law" which includes home growing right off the bat"? In my many years of experience advocating for legal cannabis it has become abundantly and obviously clear that the only people who irrationally insist on not paying taxes on cannabis and having home grow or else they prefer continue keeping possession and use entirely illegal and a serious crime are increasingly desperate and publicly vocal irrational anti-cannabis prohibitionist types who use this unrealistic all or nothing approach to cannabis legislation as a stall tactic to prevent and delay the inevitable full legalization of cannabis federally nationwide. A total stall tactic maneuver that real cannabis consumers can see right through. Nonsense.
