  1. I don't want to crap on a motivational message but it aint all about the rah rah cheerleading. In fact that stuff will easily leave your mind when you are weary and have to put up with a lot of garbage the world throws at you. What is most important is to HAVE A PLAN. You have to set your sights on long term goals and reasonable short term steps to get there. Write it down and refer to the plan from time to time to see where you are. It isn't about short term emotionalism, it is about running a long distance race.
