  1.  @geebee8989  No, it is an unfortunate but very understandable sentiment in a world which most people see no future, in which divorce rates are astronomical, no one can afford housing, and everything seems broken and corrupt. Saying what if your parents thought that way is not pertinent because our parents lived in a more sane world that worked better and seemed to have a future.
