  1. Last job I had I worked with a lot of guys in their 20's. I was amazed that some of them had never witnessed a successful marriage in their life. Not a single friend or family member had been in a good marriage.

  5. I will push back a bit on what you wrote. Good jobs are out there like never before but no one wants to fill them. The local Electricians Union offers free training and cannot get enough young men to replace those retiring. I spoke to an HVAC company, they can't get workers and they also do training.
