  1. About what you were saying at 22:20, YES whenever I hear someone complaining about how expensive it is and they cannot afford a home. I tell them that there are literally thousands of small communities in the USA. Places where the land is still cheap, there is low crime and there are good neighbors. If you can work online or have a skill such as mechanic or HVAC then you could move to one of these places and have a much higher quality of life.
